Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email and SMS with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your package. If you prefer, you can also log into your Royal Collection account at any time to check the status under the “My Orders” section. Haven't received your tracking details within 48 hours? No worries—just reach out to our support team, and we'll help you out. 

Delivery 

We work with reliable courier partners to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Sometimes, the courier might contact you before delivery, so please make sure your phone number and address are correct. If you're in an area that allows for contactless delivery, we offer that option in select locations. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery might take a little longer than usual.
